All orders must be paid in full before production begins.
Once the design is approved and payment is received, we will proceed with printing.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
A digital proof will be provided before printing.
It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve the proof.
We are not responsible for errors once the final approval is given.
Standard production time is 10 business days after approval.
Turnaround times may vary based on order size, type, and season.
Delays caused by courier companies are beyond our control.
Orders can be cancelled before final proof approval.
No refunds will be issued once the job has entered production.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 3 business days.
All designs provided by the client remain their intellectual property.
Dotheprint reserves the right to refuse printing any content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of business or data.
